Why Your Support Matters
When Chesapeake Music closed out its 40th Anniversary Year in 2025, it launched itself into an ambitious new chapter. In 2026, a three-year strategic roadmap was designed to deepen community impact through the transformative power of music. This effort includes our ongoing commitment to presenting world-class artists and performances while further expanding live, interactive programming across local schools and community centers. Delivering these exceptional music experiences requires a continuous investment in high-caliber talent amid a shifting economic climate. Sponsorships directly bridge the gap between rising programming and production expenses and our reach within the community.
Compared to five years ago, our programming & production budget has grown by more than 50%! These are costs directly associated with core program delivery—artist fees, travel & hospitality, equipment & backline, A/V engineering & recording, venue rental, and so on. While some rising costs are expected, an increase of this scale also reflects our expanded activity and investment in our community. Your Sponsorship directly brings our various programs to life!

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
SEASON SPONSOR ($20,000)
Your funding directly supports ALL of our major programming: the Chesapeake Chamber Music Festival, the Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition, our Interlude Concert Series, and Community Outreach & Engagement programming.
- Claim up to FOUR tickets with reserved seating to all performances during the 2026—2027 Season.
- Receive a free live-stream link for any performance you are unable to attend.
- Request access to a private one-time limited rebroadcast link for any concert.
- Attend closed rehearsals throughout the season and meet the artists when possible.
- Attend community outreach & education sessions when available.
- Be named a Patron of the Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition, claim up to FOUR tickets to the next Competition in 2028, and attend a special Patrons & Presenters Lunch at Scossa Restaurant & Lounge on the day of the Competition.
- Attend a special Annual Benefactor Event.
- Join our “Circle of Friends” which includes invitations to our Annual Circle of Friends Special Event & Performance (typically held in the fall) and our Annual “Thank You” Picnic in June.
- Receive recognition in digital & print media, as well as from the stage, as agreed upon.
- Your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, less the fair market value of any complimentary concert tickets received.
FESTIVAL SPONSOR ($10,000)
Your funding directly supports the programming & production costs associated with the 2027 Chesapeake Chamber Music Festival.
- Claim up to TWO tickets with reserved seating to all six Festival performances in June 2027.
- Claim up to an additional TWO tickets with reserved seating to one Festival performance of your choice.
- Receive a free live-stream link for any Festival performance you are unable to attend.
- Request access to a private one-time limited rebroadcast link for any Festival concert.
- Attend a closed Festival rehearsal and meet the artists when possible.
- Attend a special Annual Benefactor Event.

Your funding directly supports the programming & production costs associated with the 2026–2027 Interlude Series, including more than 10 free community outreach & engagement activities.
- Claim up to TWO tickets with reserved seating to all five Interlude Series performances (September 2026–April 2027).
- Claim up to an additional TWO tickets with reserved seating to one Interlude Series performance of your choice.
- Receive a free live-stream link for any Interlude Series performance you are unable to attend.

Your funding directly supports the international Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition, held every other year. The Competition will next take place in April 2028.

- Receive special updates and behind-the-scenes looks at the Competition.
- Enjoy other Competition benefits to be released in 2027.
